REFUND POLICY
Product must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Product must have the original tags as included at the time of receipt.
WHSTL is eligible to refuse refund or exchange request when the product has been deformed, damaged, washed, or incomplete without the original tag included.
WHSTL does not guarantee exchange or refunds request for items that do not meet the criteria of return policy.
In the case that the product is damaged or defective upon receipt of delivery, please provide advance notice within 2 days of receipt via email support@whstlwarehouse.com before sending it back.
Any shipping services can be used to return the product. Please ensure that we receive the product you sent by providing the tracking number and kindly confirm via email support@whstlwarehouse.com along with your PAYMENT CONFIRMATION number.
